Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the reservation-based and operational nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

2. Workspace & Conference Room Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and operational approval.

No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

Havenport Capital Inc. reserves the right to apply commercially reasonable cancellation or rescheduling fees where operational losses or scheduling conflicts occur.

3. Virtual Office & Business Address Services

Virtual office and business address services may require minimum initial service periods.

Once onboarding, address activation, administrative setup, or account processing has begun, applicable setup and administrative fees become non-refundable.

4. Automatic Renewals

Recurring services may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures.

Clients remain responsible for submitting timely written cancellation requests.

5. Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs, including:

• mailing costs;
• VoIP setup fees;
• internet setup fees;
• payment processing fees;
• courier costs;
• or external provider charges

are generally non-refundable once incurred.

6. Stripe / PayPal / Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Havenport Capital Inc. prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• immediate suspension of services;
• denial of future services;
• collection actions;
• or additional administrative fees.

7. Commercially Reasonable Efforts

Havenport Capital Inc. will make commercially reasonable efforts to address operational concerns, scheduling issues, or service disputes in good faith.

8. Exceptional Situations

Refund requests may be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Havenport Capital Inc.
